4. Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (and Meta Platforms, Inc.), to measure how people who see our ads on Facebook and Instagram use our site, and to show our ads to relevant audiences.

Meta and other third parties may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads.

These tools only load after you accept advertising cookies.

We do not pass your personal data to anyone for their own marketing.

Australian users

We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask to access or correct your information. If you have a complaint, contact us first. If it is not resolved, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

UK and EU users

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or to your local data protection authority.

9. Age requirement (18+)

FairSelectAU is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has given us information, email privacy@fairselectau.com and we will delete it.

We use HTTPS, access controls and collect as little data as we can.

The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated. We will highlight material changes on the site.
